30 Day Money Back Return Policy
Our goal is to provide you with an easy and worry free online shopping experience. We will gladly refund your order for any unopened merchandise less shipping fees plus a 20% restocking fee. However, we will only accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase.

Need To Return An Item?
Collect the item(s) you wish to return (please be sure to include all packaging and labels) and place in the original shipping box or an appropriately sized box. Be sure to package the items so that they arrive intact.

Please note: Items MUST be in complete resalable condition, including all original packaging otherwise a refund will not be issued and you will be subject to return shipping fees.

Place your item(s) in the shipping box.

Go to your local Post outlet or courier of choosing, you will be responsible for return shipping charges, be sure to get a tracking number.

Please note: We will refuse any packages sent COD. Be sure to pay for your return shipment at the time you send it.

Resolution: You can expect that your return will be resolved within 14 business days of receipt of your return. Once the product has been received and is determined to be in resalable condition a refund will be credited to you.
